Plastic Dreams is a Music Center the Netherlands (MCN) project supporting upcoming talent from the Dutch electronic music scene, with club nights in various cities all over the globe.
Plastic Dreams collaborates with reputed organisations from The Netherlands, who work in tandem with a local partner. Last year, Plastic Dreams hosted club nights in famous clubs in London, Paris and Berlin. In 2010 Plastic Dreams will expand to New York, Istanbul and Budapest. Each event is hosted by a standing Dutch crew, supplemented by new and fresh dance talent on each night. The concept is named after Robin Albers’ house classic, one of the first and biggest Dutch house tracks with international success.
Plastic Dreams was launched during the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) 2008, with a club night at Studio 80. In 2009 a limited edition blue vinyl 7" was presented during ADE's Annual Network Bash in De Duif. Utrecht-based trio Black Sun Empire selected one of their latest tracks for this goody.![]()
